The need for electronic achieving system is now becoming urgent and necessary to professionally manage the documents and files. This study sheds light on the development of electronic achieving system model to quickly and accurately find the specific document. The study followed the waterfall method employing three main stages; needs assessment, programming, and testing of the model. Grounded in qualitative research design, the process of data collection involved observation and interview. Using the data from the observation and interview, we developed an electronic achieving model to meet the client needs and expectation. The project resulted a web-based archiving system in which the platform allows the clients take advantages in managing and organizing the documents.
