Finance behavior is shifting in paradigm that perceives investor is not fully rational in making decision, and produces prospect theory (Tversky and Kahneman, 1979) which is against expected utility theory. In prospect theory investor will give weight value between gains and losses and reaction to information. Finance behavior becomes a meeting point between two disciplines (psychology and finance) Bauman and Slovic (1972). The irrational investor’s decision is influenced by psychology and demography which have significant role in conducting any trading.
