Applying of job analysis as effort improve the work effectivity at Sekretariat Daerah of area regency Kotawaringin Barat. In order to carrying out of efficient development and governance, effective, and listen carefully to society aspiration and also utilize the increasing of planning integrity, execution and activity state employee it that optimally, hence very needed the improving of quality state employee which professional, skillful and have dedication. One of aspect or step which can be gone through to reach the mentioned is through job analysis applying. The objective of research is to know and describe the how far applying of job analysis able to improve the work effectivity. Research type is qualitative descriptive. The information obtain with observation, questionere distribution, and direct interview with respondent. Also supported by documents and relevant of data that interconnected. The population in this research is all state employee (PNS) that work at Sekretariat Daerah Kotawaringin Barat. The sample can be use in this research is amount 35 peoples, they have position/occuption.
Result of applying of job analysis is generally result from quesionere indicated that the job analysis can improve the work effectivity state employee at Sekretariat Daerah of Area regency Kotawaringin Barat, but not yet optimal caused by some limitation owned, like some part of position/occupation formation not yet been loaded. As for parts of which its position or occupation formation not yet been loaded like, shares arrange the governance there is one position/occupation. which not loaded, at public relations devision of shares there is one position/occupation. At common public devision shares two position/occupation which is not loaded. So that totalize the position/occupation formation which is not loaded amount four formation at different shares.
