Issue in the study were: (1) What are the efforts undertaken by the headmaster in improving the success of learning activities in MTS. Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin and (2) What are the factors that support and hinder the successful leadership of headmaster in improving the success of learning activities in MTS. Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin. This research study aims to: 1) Determine the efforts undertaken by the headmaster in improving the success of learning activities in MTS. Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin (2) Knowing the factors that support and hinder the headmaster leadership in enhancing the success of learning activities in MTS. Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin This research is a descriptive qualitative research. For the purposes of this research data collection using the method of observation, documentation and interview, discussion of the results revealed that: (1) The efforts made by the headmaster in improving the success of learning activities in MTS. Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin is improving the performance of teachers, improvement of qualification academic teachers and compliance infrastructure; (2) supporting factor of success is the granting of autonomy to the headmaster, and their parents the opportunity to participate in it. While the barriers are limited facilities and infrastructure lack of discipline, and the lack of community participation in the participating formulate and implement the work program. This shows that the formula AIDDA ever proposed by Wilbur Schramm, still become urgent in the shaping of society consume time. AIDDA formula where it is a synonym of Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, and Action.
