The purpose of research is expected to contribute as an enrichment of teaching materials, especially in the field of public service administration, and can enhance the work of the library staff to serve students who need a variety of information in libraries. The method of research used descriptive quantitative approach via statistical analysis, where to find out the students' perceptions of library service quality used statistical analysis Chi Square Goodness of Fit test one sample and differences in students' perceptions of library service quality between the University X and University Y analyzed through statistics Mann-Whitney U test and the Z test. The results based on the analysis of indicators of tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance, and empathy that students' perceptions of the quality of library services at the University of X mostly in the category of good and University Y partly in the category of no good, while based on the calculation results of different test Universities X and Universities Y there are differences in the perception of students that did not spread at all levels of service quality category.
