The objective of the reseach is to find out the influence of the organization culture in employee on the local company (PDAM) in Banjarmasin. The PDAM employess all taken of the sampel. The total number of them is 64 employees. The sourch of the data is taken from primer data. And the technical of collecting data is using questionnair. And the are, than, analysis by using descriptive quentitative with double regresion linier. According to the analysis that the culture organization which consist of orientation of tim, and taken risk, the agressiveness, the streng, result orientation, personal orientation, tim orientation, and streng comprehenshiply have signifacance influence. To the employee motivation in the company PDAM, Bandarmasih in Banjarmasin, it is showed from Fhitung > Ftabel, (innovation on risk, attention, detail, orientation to result) and can explanation variable innovation of motivation employee, the most of variable dominant, that influence of the employees motivation, variable motivation and take risk, because have corellations value partial is it very important consederation with correlation partial of the other organization culture variable.
