Many between officials now has big hope about their function. Officials wish for general enhanced towards life quality and job. Officials expects more than their functions from in only income. Job or function more many looked at as a means of to fulfill individual need, as official experience to progress to face new career challenge. Besides matters importantest for official in achieve a function that is shaped chance to do valuable something that, chance to study bovelty, and chance to develop ability. This watchfulness is done to detect to how individual evaluation factor about ability, interest, career need and aim. Then organization evaluation about ability and official competence, with information communication hits freedom of election and chance career in organization with career elucidation to achieve aim realistik and the achievement plan in influence sub-district office official career planning program at district area Martapura east regency Banjar. This watchfulness uses method survey with take sample as much as 24 person according to purposive sampling, data digging uses interview that done personally, with supported documenter that found area watchfulness so that brace ingredient to make conclusion. Data analysis is done qualitative descriptive. Watchfulness result shows that dependence existence between individual evaluation, organization, information communication and career elucidation towards official career planning program at sub-district in district area Martapura east regency Banjar.
