The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the performance of the Academy of Management lecturer Sebalo Bengkayang Earth simultaneously and partial of the performance factors which include the variables of education, work experience, motivation, compensation, leadership, work climate, and the supervision of faculty performance, and to determine the dominant variables that affect. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive study with cross-sectional approach. The study population included a lecturer at the verifikatif of Akademi Manajemen Bumi Sebalo Bengkayang, with a sample of 30 respondents. Sampling technique using the census, while the measurement data using a Likert scale and range of scores. Data were processed using regression analysis and meet the assumption of Classical Test. Based on the results obtained, simultaneously accepting the hypothesis with the calculated F-value of 19.612 is greater than the F-table (19.612>2.430), thus the variable of education, work experience, motivation, compensation, leadership, work climate, and supervision have a significant effect on performance lecturer. While partially accepted hypothesis for the variables education and compensation, while rejecting the hypothesis for the variables of work experience, motivation, leadership, work climate, and supervision
