This study aims to analyze the effect of the financial performance of the agriculture sector's share price listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2009-2011. This study uses secondary data information sheet and income statement, with a purposive sampling set as many as 10 agricultural companies that have the following criteria: (1) listed on the Stock Exchange at the last three years, (2) have the financial statements of the company in years 2009-2011, (3) have stock price information which still active in 2009-2011. Data analysis in this study is using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that all the variables simultaneously: return on investment (ROI), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), price earnings ratio (PER), and debt to equity ratio (DER) significantly affect prices stock. Partially variable earnings per share (EPS), price earnings ratio (PER) is the most dominant variable influence on stock prices. While the Price Earning Ratio (PER) is the most dominant variable affecting the stock price in a listed farm in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Macroeconomic conditions, political climate, government policy in the industry and the business world, the natural conditions, or technical factors that plagued the company are variables beyond financial performance to triggers the direction of the stock price.
