This study aims to determine the ratio between student achievement in
mathematics that followed the creation of learning with alpha state and without the
creation of an alpha state in the process of learning mathematics in Senior High
School of Hang Tuah Tarakan, 2009/2010 academic year. The ratio can determine
with compare the academic achievement tests mathematic when the student do
test.Descriptive and inferensial method statistic used in this research. The study
population was class X-A to class X-D in High School Hang Tuah Tarakan
academic year 2009/2010. Samples were taken at random, with a total sample of
two classrooms and 66 student sample size (35 students X-A and 31 students XD).
Result of this research is that student achievement in mathematics class X High
School Hang Tuah Tarakan in academic year 2009/2010 which accompanied the
creation of the learning process with the alpha state better than without the creation
of conditions alpha.
