Agricultural
land has a strategic role and function for the Indonesian people are patterned
agrarian because there are a large number of Indonesian people who depend on
agriculture, but from time to time land/soil is a natural resource that is scarce,
especially in urban areas. Changes in land use may
occur because of changes in spatial plans, their wisdom in the direction of
their use and follow market mechanisms as well as the lack of understanding of
the public and government officials about the spatial. Land conversion from
agriculture to non-agriculture broadly in line with the development policy that
emphasizes and concerned with aspects of amenity growth through investment,
both to investors both local and foreign investors in the provision of land.
