Effect of Motivation on employee work
productivity improvement Office of Population and Civil Registration Banjarmasin.
Objective to determine the influence of motivation and produtivitas employee
work office of population and civil registry, to determine the effect of
motivation to increase employee productivity in the office of population and
civil registration. Methods this study includes quantitative research to test
the hypothesis, the population in this study is the staff of department of
population and civil registration. Results of regression analysis determination
coefficient 0.002, or 0.2%, it indicates that the motivation variables can only
explain 0.2% variable labor productivity, there are other variables that could
explain 99.8% of labor productivity. While based on the F test obtained Fcount
0.068<4.16 Ftable then the hypothesis is accepted, thus it can be
concluded that there is no influence between motivation to work productivity in
the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banjarmasin. May be there
are a few factors-other factors that can affect the performance of work
productivity as an example, job performance, ability intellectual and others.
