Underage marriage is not
something new in Indonesia. This practice has long been the case with so many
perpetrators. Marriage underage does not just happen big cities but it's a lot
happening in the countryside.The causes vary due to economic problems, lack of
education, cultural understanding and the values of a particular religion and
the most common problems is pregnant beforehand (married by accident) and other
reasons. Usually marriages under age not given birth family happiness and
households, thus many underage marriage leads to divorce and other impacts. The
study using literature data and the data obtained directly from the community
as well as information from relevant agencies.A research technique used is the
technique of interviewing on sources of Religious Court Class IA Samarinda.The analysis method of
this research uses qualitative analysis that presented descriptively.The
research objective to be achieved is to determine and analyze: (1) the marriage
of underage should not happen;(2) sanctions against breaches of the marriage of
minors; (3) the impact of underage marriage against divorce. Research
conclusion that: Research conclusion that: (1) The impact of underage marriage
is the maternal mortality increased and
the impact of divorce on the rise in Indonesia and Samarinda especially; (2)
Sanki-legal sanctions imposed on anyone who violates the provisions in the law-
marriage law and child protection laws. Judging from the law that marriage is
legalized by the procedures and requirements of the religion that believed the
nature of the marriage is valid.
