To provide excellent
service by government bureaucracy, certainly one of the important indicators to
be built are shaping the performance of a government organization which is able
to provide excellent service so that the public feel well served. The
purpose of research is to find out the problem of the performance of the
apparatus in the district of East Martapura in providing services to citizens
in the region. Based
on the type and source of the necessary data, data collection techniques used
include direct observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this
study using an interactive model. Researchers are moving on three components:
data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. There are several activities
that test the credibility of the research data extension of observations
conducted by researchers several times until the data is deemed adequate and
credible. The
results showed that the dimensions of the quality of service work is not
optimal regarding mastery, expertise and skills in the field of jobs for
personnel. In a representative on the dimensions of knowledge there is a
tendency such as social programs are still not on target. Reliability dimension
of labor discipline apparatus reliability, assurance of rights and obligations
and conditions regarding the need to reevaluate the convenience of service.
Implementation of the dimension of presence and intensity of cooperation is
still lacking both internally the district and the community.
