Cancer patients experienced many changes in their lives. Thischanges were effected the whole aspects of their life as well as the quality of their life. Purpose: To explored the quality life of cancer patients by having description of their physical, psychological, social relationships and environmental conditions. Qualitative with phenomenological approach. The data collected by interview and observation. The participants selected through a convenience sample technique. The analyzed data using content analysis. Cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy were not passionate due to the effect of chemotherapy. They also felt useless andbecame very dependent financially and lost their hopes and ideals. Quality of life of cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy was different from one to another, the emotions, moral support and environmental that contribute to the understanding of life and its quality.
