State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are one of the main pillars in Indone-sian Economies with the main objective of improving the societal welfare of the Indonesian citizens. As of today, the economic indicators of a nation is often mea-sured based on its industrial and trade sectors. Therefore, it is important to empha-sise the State-Owned Enterprises’ performances within both of these economic sectors. This research applied the usage of comparative statistical analysis towards three State-Owned Enterprises which are: PT Batubara Bukit Asam, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara and PT Kimia Farma, incorporating the case-study research method along with the decriptive analysis on three main corporate aspects: financial, operational and administration. In general, the results of this research indicate similarities in performance is only exhibited in the comparison between PT Kimia Farma, PT Batubara Bukit Asam, while there are substantial performance differences in other observational cases.
