Primary Health Care is a place to serve the society in improving about their health, preventing, curing the illness and do the recovering. For all those functions, primary health care has to be able to ensure the nursing service quality through the suitability patient needs.
The aim of this research is to know the description about the implementation of giving health service in General Policlinic which is has been giving by Primary Health Care to the society in Bintang Ara Sub District Tabalong District.
The research use the descriptive method which is giving the description the individual’s characteristic phenomenon preisely, symptom indication of the certain group and finding the connection among the others indication in society systematically ang accurate. This research used the qualitatif method, which has done by arranging the steps of research, concept of research’s report, and rechecking the research’s result was supported by literature, explanation of concep in researach basis to get the conclusion which is got from the Primary data and secondary data. From the result of the research which the writer has done, the writer could conclude that “The Effectiveness of Health Services at General Policlinic in Primary Health Care Bintang Ara Sub District Tabalong District” got the appraisal of Medium Level. From the society who ever got the health services in that Primary Health Care Bintang Ara. This focus can be seen from the avara of persentage the Primary Health Care got 49,3 %.
Giving the health services to the society, we should give the best services to them, it is not only because of as our main job and our function as goverment institution who work in health field, but also we should serve them because we care and we have the same feeling as a human who wants to help others sincerely. The writer hopes the Primary health Care as the Institution of Public serves able to improve the effectiveness of health serves in order to be able to generale the public serves in maximum way.
