This study (2008) tries to identify to what extent compensation, competence, motivation, discipline, work environment and work culture of staff KPC, it will also identify which factors give the most impact toward staff performance. This research excepted to benefit to all side, especially for institution head to dig elements that increasing performance of staff KPC Sangatta. Analysis model used to prove hypothesis is model analysis multiple linier regression that be analysed with using statistic computer program package,that is SPSS v. 12,0 for Windows. Responden that becoming objective this research are counted 97 of staff KPC.
Result of statistic analysis show that coefficient of the free variables regression,that is involvement factor in compensation (X1)=0,069, competence (X2)=0,794, motivation (X3)=0,007, discipline (X4)=0,006 work environment (X5)=0,040, work culture (X6)=0,026 and constanta equal to 0,034. Equation of multiple linier regression is: Y=0,034+0,069X1+0,794X2+0,007X3+0,006X4+ 0,040X5+0,026X6. Conclusion that receive that level of influence explained by compensation, competence, motivation, discipline, work environment and work culture as independent variable impact toward performance of staff KPC are equal to correlation coefficient (R), that is 0,909 and level of depended performance to sixth of free variables above is equal to determination coefficient value (R2) that is 0,826 or 82,6%. Result of analysis F-test indicate that all free variables by together have significant influence toward performance of staff KPC. By parsial, variable compensation, motivation, discipline, work environment and work culture have not significant influence to performance of staff KPC. Variable independent have dominant influence to performance of staff KPC is competence (X2).
