The presence of the Internet as a result of the information technology revolution brings a big impact to human civilization. For access to a variety of information leads the human mind to think more practical. Similarly, in commercial transactions that used to be done face to face (face to face), now comes the concept of trade transactions through electronic (e-commerce). Electronic transactions are legal act performed by using Computer, Computer net works, and/ or other electronic media. E-commerce transactions is one of the activities of electronic transactions. Agreement in e-commerce activities are basically the same with the agreements made in the conventional trade transactions, but the agreement is used in e-commerce is the agreement of the parties created through the Electronic System called Electronic Contracts. Through electronic commerce transactions (e-commerce), particularly on the side providea lot of convenience and benefits to consumers, but on the other handals oraises new problems. In practice, through electronic commerce (e-commerce) does not escape from a variety of crucial issues. From some of these problems, often occur case sharm consumers. Among others mismatch type and quality of the promised goods, information that is not honest, and even the in accuracies time delivery of goods is not accepted by the consumer at all. The high degree of risk faced by consumers must be accompanied by an increase in the level of protection of the rights and obligations.
