The objective of this study is to analyze the analysis of people's satisfaction to the public services related to the various elements of service and the community satisfaction index (CSI) in Integrated Police Service Center (IPSC) of Banjarmasin.
This study uses data analysis techniques were done by using Public Satisfaction Index Value (PSIV) that was calculated by using the weighted average value of each element of the service, and then described on the Cartesian Diagram. The total samples are 100 people. They are determined by using the accidental sampling method.
The results of study show that one of the service element is categorized unsatisfied security services and the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) got positive value because from 14 element indicators, it is only one element categorized as not satisfied, if the service element is calculated based on the item (sub-indicators), then of 33 items measured, there are 32 items categorized on satisfied conditions.
