The purpose of this research is determine and analyze the influence of fundamental factors to investors’ behavior. The Data used are secondary data include the financial statements of The LQ 45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples taken in purposif a total of 16 companies with 10-year observation period (since 2002-2011) so the total sample is 160. This research analysis uses the path analysis. The results showed that fundamental factors explain investors’ behavior. So investors need to look thoroughly fundamental factors as a whole that influence the investing of investors’ behavior in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
