In order to know the general overall picture regarding the extent of obstacles that are seen from the interest in using the E-Procurement, usefulness and attitude in using E-Procurement technology which caused the lack or deficiency can be anticipated / improving the implementation of electronic auction (e-Proc) of the use of Pemerintah Kota Samarinda in 2010. The object of research within this study is 140 construction service development agencies (LPJK) for samarinda urban areas in 2010. The data required is the primary data, ie data collected from respondents using the questionnaire to be filled by construction service development agency party. And the variable used is the use of E Procurement consists of the perception of usefulness, ease of use, attitudes and interests. The use of E Procurement consists of the perception of usefulness, ease of use, attitudes and interests, while the most dominant is the perception of usefulness and interest in the auction on construction development agencies (LPJK) for samarinda urban areas in 2010, Perception usefulness of e-procurement is formed from a dominant statement that “Using E-Procurement enables me in getting the job done more quickly in implementing the procurement of goods” with an average of 4.45 which means that respondents who rated strongly agreed and the interest in using e-procurement is formed from the dominant statement that is “I am interested to use the E-Procurement” with an average value of 4.49 which means that respondents rated strongly agreed.
