This study aims to determine Exclusive Breastfeeding Relationship with an acute respiratory tract for the infants at health center of Pekauman Banjar-masin. The method used is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach using primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling as many as 188 respondents. The study found that infants who were breastfed exclusively is 65 infants (34.6%), while not giving exclusively breastfed is 123 infants (65.4%), and respiratory disease is 121 people (64.4%) and an acute res-piratory tract is 67 people (35.6%). Suggestions from the research that is for health workers in order to give an explanation to the public the importance of ex-clusive breastfeeding and content provided for toddlers and increase the pro-fessionalism of health care.
