The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of giving incentives, discipline on the performance of employees at PT Ben Line Agencies Banjarmasin. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained directly from the respondents who are employees of PT Ben Line Agencies Banjarmasin. In this study the writer would make observations, distribute questionnaires, do the study of literature and make documentation on the company in order to obtain the necessary data. Secondary data is obtained by doing observation on the official documents available from PT Ben Line Agencies Banjarmasin, related to Employee’s Identity. The research method is explanatory, the sample size is 51 respondents, the sampling technique used is Accidental random sampling and the analysis technique uses the model of Partial Least Square (PLS) with t-test by using Smart PLS software version 2.0 M3. The results showed that Incentives and Discipline Variables had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Ben Line Agencies Banjarmasin.
