This study aims to analyze the level of local financial autonomy (fiscal autonomy) in Berau regency government. The result of this study is the level of local financial autonomy (fiscal autonomy) District Government categorized is very low. The ratio of effectiveness in conducting polling is very effective source of local revenue. The largest contribution of revenue sources to revenue acceptance is still low, while the rate of growth of revenue receipts in Berau regency in 2007-2011 showed a positive development.
