This study aims to analyze the level of average income of Mountain Rice farmers in Long Lanuk village, Sambaliung sub district. Do they have reached better Living Needs in Berau Regency. The average income of mountain rice farmers in Long Lanuk village is Rp2.010.749,00, by calculating the value of t-test for testing the hypothesis found the results comparison between t-test and t-tabel. T–test is -0.896 and t- table is 1.833. the hypothesis is rejected, it means that the average income level of rice mountain farmers in Long Lanuk village has not reached the standard of living needs in Berau regency.
