Not every health care effort always gets satisfactory result to everyone, especially the patients and their families, the effect of this case become burden to the patient, so that the process can be said as malpractice. these issues cause the doctors who have not caught up on malpractice cases do not want to provide health care. In other words, a lot of doctors who switched professions like being a politician and so it is conceivable that health care becomes increasingly expensive and it may not be served. The solutions offered is the need to law protect for the medical profession and the other health professionals. The doctors’ errors arise as a result of their actions that are not fit, or do not fulfill the medical procedure that should be done.
