PT RIG, the largest tender of several major cities in Indonesia (Ban-jarmasin, Makassar, Medan, Surabaya, Jakarta and Ambon) that handles freight shipping services. The problems found is the sending of calculating payroll and tax file is often delayed due to the distance-Singapore-Banjarmasin. The contribution of this research is used to simplify, speed up administrative work employees to manage employee data, ship, calculating payroll and tax through the company's intranet. Archiving of data is guaranteed to produce a computerized payroll and tax calculation process is accurate, improving employee confidence. Improving the working environment conducive for the report no longer have to ask from Singapore, but can be directly processed in Banjarmasin, so the communication process for the payment of salaries and taxes can be realized quickly. This information system is expected to increase the employees confidence to the company with a system of computerized payroll and tax calculation.
