Exclusively breastfed is the baby just given only breast milk until the age of six months without food or drink other escorts. In this case required the baby's mother who has babies aged zero to six months to give exclusive breastfeeding. But in general, there are many mothers who did not breastfeed because of the driving factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the driving factors which affecting noncompliance of baby’s mothers to give exclusively breastfeeding at Pelambuan health center. The research method used was a descriptive cross-sectional approach. Sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling. The results of this research are the driving factors influencing the noncompliance of baby’s mother to give exclusive breastfeeding because mothers suffering from infectious diseases (65%), the breast becomes saggy (72%), and the baby who is given food or beverage companion are getting fat quickly (56%).
