The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost of tuition, academic quality factors and the appearance factors of the campus affect the interest of student tuition Strata 1 (S1) in STIMI Banjarmasin. The data used is the Primary data were obtained directly from the student respondents (i) Tier 1 (S1) STIMI. In this study the authors will make observations, conduct the questionnaire, the study of literature and documentation on the relevant agencies in order to obtain the necessary data. Secondary data was taken by observation of the official documents that available from the relevant agencies Student (i) Tier 1 (S1) STIMI Banjarmasin such as age, sex, residential address and semester courses. The research method is eksploratory, sample sampling method is Accidental random sampling of 190 respondents, and analysis techniques using Model Partial Least Square (PLS) with t - test with Smart PLS software version 2.0 M3. The results show that the interest of student tuition Strata 1 (S1) in STIMI Banjarmasin is affected by cost of tuition factor and academic quality factor, but the appearance of the campus does not affect the interest of student tuition Strata 1 (S1) in STIMI Banjarmasin.
