This research aims at knowing influence of governmental officer performance toward public service quality in south banjarbaru. Free variable of research consist of variable of job result quality, job result quantity, time accuracy and ability to accomplish work. Bound variable is public service quality variable. This research will prove hypothesis that partially influence exist from each variable of job result quality, time accuracy and ability to accomplish work against service quality, and the existence of simultaneous influence of each free variable toward public service quality as well as highly dominant free variable influence on public service quality.
