PT Banua Anugerah Sejahtera is a company in the field of property development, which build mega project named The Grand Banua. Besides building apartment PT Banua Anugerah Sejahtera also construct market city walk and condotel. PT Banua Anugerah Sejahtera is the first developer in South Borneo building apartment, where the company try provide solution in fulfillment cozy and modern. Residence this research use deskriftive methode which analyze problems in implementation marketing activity which connected with marketing theories management and formulated to provide picture of marketing strategy on company.
This Research aims to reveals effectiveness marketing strategy by PT Banua Anugerah Sejahtera in unit market apartment on building Tower II. Research is to see and analyze how the company is running its marketing strategy related with product, price, and promotion company. Result of research show that strategy run by company related with product, price and promotion can be said effective less, where marketing experience difficult slightly in concern sale activity, Impact to company target which want achieved. Obstacle which occurs result slow development apartmen unit in tower II, where development not focused building on apartment in tower II only. Concern problem price of research result apartment in tower II classified expensive enough, while promotion of the company still less optimal. Less maximum company in running marketing strategy which concern 3 (three) cases said, then will impact on activity sale whid result of target sale company not easy my reached.
