The Influence of resource quality of apparatus for public service of the city Samarinda office Samarinda Ulu, The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the development of personnel resources to improve the quality of public services at the district office of the city of Samarinda Samarinda Ulu. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research approach to indicators apparatus resource development (X), which consists of: (1) education and training, (2) job placement, (3) coaching career, (4) increased levels of formal education, (5) disciplining employees, (6) mutation and promotions. Public service quality indicators (Y), namely: (1) time of service, (2) attitudes and behaviors (3) responsibilities in the service, (4) procedure, e. convenience in obtaining the service, (5) ease in obtaining services. Data analysis tools used in this study is a simple liner regression test. To find out the percentage of variable X influences resources development reform of public services quality of variable Y can be viewed on the value of R Square (terminated coefficient) of 0.873 means that the variables resources development reform of the quality of public services at the district office Samarinda Ulu at 87.3 percent, means that there are only 12.7 percent of the role of other variables not examined in this study.
