The purpose of this research is to provide an examination the moderating influence of communication satisfaction on the association between individual-job congruence and both job performance and job satisfaction. This research used the causal research method. The data of this research consisted of the primary and secondary data. The data werw gathered through questionnaires. This research in PG Tasikmadu with 100 respondents. The data was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The test on the significance of the hypothesis of this research was conducted by using the T test. The results of this research show that individual-job congruence has significant effect on job performance in such a way that the first hypothesis is verified. Individual-job congruence has significant effect on job satisfaction in such a way that the second hypothesis is verified. Based on the results of the analysis, the moderating role of the communication satisfaction is able to support the correlation between individual-job congruence and job performance in such a way that the third hypothesis is verified. Communication satisfaction is able to support the correlation between individual-job congruence and job satisfaction in such a way that the fourth hypothesis is verified. Based on this research, it was suggested that the leader of PG Tasikmadu to increase individual-job congruence, communication satisfaction, job performance, and job satisfaction in the company.
