Research with title of Optimaliasi Assignation Of Labour With Method of Hungarian take location on CV.BIMA Balikpapan Samarinda at part of frost white prawn production . Problems that arising out is deterioration of prawn, it have happened because of too old processing so that cause of prawns damage. Method of Hungarian represent one of the transportation method able to be used to solve problem assignation of labour by doing arrangement of duty so that can be obtained the optimal assignation. From result of calculation obtained that processing time during 165 minute of previous time during 210 minute, so that there are thrift of time during 45 minute. the result of arrangement of assignation by successively are as : work group I, II, III, IV assigned at each part of enfolding, washing, electing, and size measuring.
