The study of management waste on IPSO Pasar Cisarua Bogor regency. The aims of this this study was to know of the method management of rubbish which to included : the aspect of management, the capacity of production, the method of division, the system of distribution, and to learn suitable of effort. Every day IPSO Pasar Cisarua produced 1.000 kg fertilizer. The result from of the analysis suitable of effort that could got value of NPV Rp. 189.026.747,00 , value of BCR 1,19 and value of IRR 40,62% with payback period in year third, it’s mean management effort of the rubbish fertilizer on IPSO Pasar Cisarua Bogor regency could be suitable to effort, because to complete criteria where NPV positive value, value of BCR more than 1, value of IRR more than floor interest rate and payback period in time analyzed period.
