The research takes location at Jl. A. Yani Km.85 Binuang. The aim of the research was to study the interaction between consentrations and incubations peroids EM4 on the quality of bokashi. This research applies experiment model. The planning for experiment used this research is factorial design of complete random plan (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) with two factors. The two mentioned factors are factor I and factor II. First factor : contentration 0,05%, concentrations 0,1%, concentration 0,2% and concentration 0,4%. Second factor: incubation period 4 days, incubation peroid 7 days and incubation period 10 days. The result of the research showed that the interaction between contentrations and incubations period had the significant effect on the content P, incubation periods significantly effect the pH, water content and degree of bokashi.
