The subject matter of this research is How the Implementation of Structural Movements Officer Office of the Regional Employment Board Sintang. While the intent and purpose of the study was to identify and describe the implementation of structural mutations officials and the factors that affect the implementation of structural mutations officials at the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sintang. This research is a descriptive study, the study subjects consisted of: Head of Regional Employment Sintang, Head of Procurement Personnel Movements and Sintang BKD, Employees Who Occupy Structural Position in the Office of BKD Sintang and Employees Who Occupy Structural Position in the Office of Transportation Sintang. While the data collection tools used were interview, observation and copying and use of technical cameras and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of structural mutations officials in the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sintang not in accordance with the requirements of the mutation. While the procedures for implementing structural mutations officials are in accordance with the mechanism set out in Government Regulation No. 100 of 2000 in conjunction with the Government Regulation Number 13 Year 2002. The factors that influence mutation officials are still structural barriers to education and training in this aspect because not all structural officer in accordance with educational qualifications. Additionally fator formation positions also a supporting factor for the implementation of structural mutations officials. While the intervention was also influential factors in structural mutation officials but still limited in authority officials.
