study was conducted to determine how the acquisition or transfer of land use rights to cultivate a land mine, and find the means of dispute resolution in the event of dispute over the land acquisition. Methods used in this research is a field with Tabalong locations in the district, particularly in the three village where disputes over the acquisition or lease of land use rights. This study found that during the mediation process, the reality is much more political than juridical, here most of the land lease rights which are reimbursed by the company with a certificate of land, customary land ownership while there has been no resolution.
