Contribution of Tax Concession Management and Swallow's Nest company on Local Taxes Sambas regency for past five years the period of 2005 to 2011 shows that the realization of tax revenue management and utilization of swallow's nests company has decreased especially in the last two years, namely 2010 and 2011. Even in 2010 there is no tax revenue swallow’s nest and in 2011 the realization of tax revenue swallow’s nests by only 28.59%. Judging from the potential tax revenue management and utilization of Swallow's Nest company is not optimal, for it to recognize the potential are expected government (Revenue) more proactive in attracting Tax Concession Management and Swallow's Nest company.
