Increasing competition and competitive requires companies to have strategic planning to align information systems with business strategy as an effort to improve performance and productivity. The Company is currently at the turnaround quadrant, where the use of technology and information systems in the company's activities are still low but has the benefit of competition is high. PT A.J. Sequis Life need to complete the critical success factors based on analysis of business areas to achieve functional integration through vertical integration and alignment horisonal in view of technology and information systems as one important thing in the days to come into quadrant 1 (Strategic). The study produced a model of information systems strategic planning to develop an information system architecture based on the decomposition of all existing business and functions are useful in making decisions for the company to achieve competitive advantage.
