This study was conducted to determine whether the variables of training, motivation and ability to work have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Agro afiat in Banjarmasin. The study design is a description of the study sample size by 42 respondents. The sampling method in this study is determined by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed all the independent variables of training, motivation and ability to work in the table indicates a positive effect, meaning that all the independent variables have change the direction of the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the contribution made by these three variables is 0480, or 48% while the remaining 52% is influenced by other variables that are not used in the study.
