The existence of water in peat environment is considered a disadvantage, this is due to peat water is a surface water with apparent characteristics such as brownish red color, high organic contain, high acidity (pH 2-5) and low water hardness. The urgent need of water in Desa Rasau Jaya Umum is also one of the problems faced by the people. Environment condition is the significant and dominant factor in determining the public health quality. Water is the main environment component that has a big role. Water used by the people has to fulfill several requirements including quality and quantity. Therefore, this Public Devotion Activity on the basis of Science and Technology for Rural Society (Ibm) in Desa Rasau Jaya Umum with focus on introduction of clean water processing for the society in family scale. The Method used in this activity can be differentiated into 3 (three) stage, namely Neutralization process, Coagulation, and Filtration by using natural material. Based on the purpose of this activity, it is hoped that the people can recognize and carry out simple clean water processing in family scale. The clean water coming from the process is aimed to fulfill family needs only and not for drinking water. Keywords : peat water, installation, clean water, organic.
