Water catchmen area Cipta Graha Dam is important that can supply for Cipta Graha Dam in Kutai Timur Regency. Water Resourses Conservation is for defend Forest Region Preservation water and quality Management Water. This research use for conservation catchmen water area in Cipta Graha Dam for investigation for water quality, soil quality, erotion and sedimentation.Result of water quality is good because the number of result is under limtion for tolerate in water quality, and suitable for PP No 21 tahun 2011 about water quality and Preservation Environtmen Water ( Second Class). And result of soil test is a lot of Si Cl. And grade of erotion is middle limitation and grade of sedimentation is middle too. Area Conservation is divided by three zones. First zone is oil palm area not added area again, and second zone is for agriculture and third zone is forest aare must be endured.
