This research aims to determine the cost of production, receipts, revenues, profit, feasibility in paddy rice farming which using certificate and no certificate. This research using Simple random sampling method. Data analysis by t test. This research refers to the farmer which using certificate of paddy rice, the production and receipts higher than farmer which using no certificate of paddy rice. Average total cost Rp. 6.796.307 ha-1, average receipts Rp. 10.888.900 ha-1 and average Profit Rp. 4.092.593 ha-1. Farmer which using no certificate of paddy rice, average total cost Rp. 6.516.947 ha-1, average receipts Rp. 7.695.380 ha-1 , Average profit Rp. 1.178.433 ha-1, otherwise R/C Ratio for farmer which using certificate of paddy rice was 1,60 higher than no certificate of paddy rice was 1,18.
