In this research the author uses research methods that are juridical nor-mative law, which is a study that aims to get secondary data, juristic materials by collecting and analyzing juristic material of primary, secondary and tertiary, based on library research, relevant to the subject. E-Commerce is the trading system that used of internet facilities, has changed the world of business from traditional commerce into a more modern. Even the use of Internet in business transactions promise greater convenience, does not mean e-commerce as a commerce system, free from problems. The existence of e-commerce transactions as a result of ad-vances in information technology today at least has two implications, implication that impacted in the economic sector and juristic sector. In the economic sector, the presence of the Internet tends to bring the climate more transparent, effective and efiesient. On the other hand, internet presence in the juristic sector raises issues of fundamental law in the event of a dispute.
