We frequently use the distinction between moral and law, moral and law can not be separated from justice. The law begins because of human behavior, then the behavior of these have value, so becomes a habit and so again become the norm or rule, then when given the sanctions against violations of these norms only then can become law. In terms of law enforcement purposes, the Judge is the central figure and the main actors in the process of justice for the public servant seeking justice, the law as the only tool and how to decide, in no way be interpreted that decision just for the sake of the law. Law as a tool, a means, and output decision, must be able to bring about justice, expediency and legal certainty.
