An investigation has been conducted to analyze the break event point for
utilization of timber and wood processing industry in the PT East Point Indonesia in
Gunung Mas Regency.The purpose of this study was to determine when the
utilization of timber and wood processing industry break event point resort in the
Gunung Mas Regency.The research wasdoneby usingdescriptivemethods, library
research, observation, surveys, andinterviewsandanalysistechniquesusing
thebreakevent pointanalysis.Results of this studyshowedthat thebreak event
analysispointbetweenreceiptofincomeand costsof investment, operational, and
maintenanceis achievedin year13 (thirteen) in the senseof businessutilization of
timberandwoodprocessingindustryhas beengettingthe net proceeds(netto) before
theloanmaturityisthe year 15 (fifteen).
