Leader acts were very important in handling employers of General
Hospital HadjiBoejasinPelaihari regency to increase their motivation in purpose to
increase employers’ work, so the purpose to increase service quality to people will
be done. Healthy field development was a sector that contained in long term
development general pattern where the healthy was people needs, Healthy field
development in this case the hospital had purpose to increase the quality and
efficiency, medic referral and healthy referral also increase the hospital
management that include plan activities, setting in motion the implementation,
spying, quality handling, and service efficiency. The theories used were Motivation,
Motivation Theory, Leadership, Service, the methods used were references, realm
research with qualitative approach, sampling technique was purposive sampling,
while data collecting technique were using observation, interview. The purpose of
this research was to know how the healthy service did towards General Hospital
HadjiBoejasinPelaihari regency. Also aspects that became obstacles in giving
service to people. And the result, we knew that healthy service towards General
Hospital HadjiBoejasinPelaihari regency would increase if the employers had done
their works rightly, to do works rightly it needs leader motivation, in this research
motivation had given by the leader with many ways. First, did meeting, giving
awards, giving incentive, did position promotion, and giving chance to employers to
have education and training.
