This study aims to determine the extent to which factors such as level of
speed ofservice, types of products offered, corporate image, banking technology
and bank location affects customer satisfaction toward PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia
Pangkalan Bun Branch.Based on the results of research on the author, showed that
the factor level of speed of service, types of products offered, corporate image,
technology, banking and bank location simultaneously proved influential on
customer satisfaction on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pangkalan Bun Branch,
whereas the most dominant factor is influential and significant location factor with
probability 0.000. Factor type of product being offered is the second dominant
factor with probability 0.014. Factor levels of speed of service is the third dominant
factor of probability 0.018, Company image factor is the fourth dominant factor
probability 0.029.Based on the analysis of statistical test (F test), then factor level of
speed of service, types of products offered, corporate image, banking technology
and locations simultaneously proved influential and significant, while banking
technology is a factor that is insignificant and is not dominant to the satisfaction of
customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Pangkalan Bun Branch. Bank Rakyat
Indonesia (BRI) Pangkalan Bun Branch to pay more attention to the location factors
in order to maintain customer loyalty that affect customer satisfaction.
